Join us as we step away from the screens and come together for a real human-to-human experience... our very first in-person UK event to celebrate ADHD Awareness Month.
🗓️ Sunday 12th October – 📍Beckenham Place Park, London
3pm - 6pm
Whether you’re a parent raising small people or trying to support your teen (throw in to the melting pot one or both or you navigating your neurodiversity!), a late-diagnosed adult still trying to figure things out, a peri-menopausal woman awash with questions over “is it me, is it my ADHD, or is it my hormones? (spoiler alert…it’s probably a heady mix of all of the above!), or someone quietly wondering if this might be you — you’re welcome here.
This isn’t a fix-you event.
It’s a come-as-you-are, be-met-where-you’re-at kind of day.
In honour of ADHD Awareness Month, we’re bringing ADHD Untangled to life with a half-day mix of movement, meditation, and real conversations around the stuff that actually matters - like emotions, rejection, identity, overwhelm, relationships and all the chaos in between.
You don’t have to have a diagnosis.
You don’t have to explain yourself.
You just have to show up..
Live Podcasts : Deep Chats (because we don’t do small talk here) Real conversations with leading industry experts on the topics that actually matter. We’ll be Untangling ADHD & Parenting, Hormones, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria & Business. and how to embrace the upsides of ADHD through the power of brain training.
Meditation (not the boring kind) Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria Tapping Meditation led by Accredited ADHD Coach & Founder of ADHD Untangled, Rosie Turner.
Fuel for your brain (because no one thrives hungry)
Healthy lunches prepared by our amazing partners Calo, plus some homemade sweet treats to keep you going.
More Untangling TBA
Meet Rosie Turner Accredited ADHD Coach, podcaster, and yoga and Pilates instructor but more than any title, she’s someone who knows exactly what it feels like to live with ADHD unsupported.
Married at 24, divorced by 27, nine failed driving tests, in and out of careers, broken relationships, and years spent trying to be everything and everyone but her true self, Rosie has lived the highs, the lows, and the chaos of a tangled brain.
Her turning point came when movement entered her life, first through running the London Marathon in memory of a friend, then training as a yoga teacher in India and a Pilates instructor. Movement didn’t just change her life, it saved it — giving her brain the dopamine it craved and the space to finally be herself.
As the host of ADHD Untangled: LIVE, Rosie will be leading the day, guiding you through ADHD-friendly movement, EFT meditation, and coaching around Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and making sure everything you learn from the incredible speakers can actually work for you in your real life.
Who doesn’t love a good old house party at the Mansion…
At ADHD Untangled, we’re all about spaces where you can exhale — where you feel safe, welcomed, and like you actually belong. Beckenham Place Mansion is exactly that. Surrounded by nature, it’s where I start my day with a morning walk — a moment to rest, breathe, and ground myself before the world gets busy.
Tucked inside the heart of Beckenham Place Park, just under nine miles from Central London, it’s got this mix of historic magic, calming open parkland, bright natural light, and grounding lake views that make you want to just stop and take it all in.
The perfect backdrop for real conversations, bursts of creativity, community, and genuine connection.
🫶 Just like ADHD Untangled, the Mansion thrives as an inclusive community hub — a place where diverse voices are heard, stories are shared, and meaningful experiences are created together.
